Nutcracker was first published by Andrews and McMeel in 1991 in two small formats: 5.25" x 6.75," and 3.25" x 3.75." These books are now out of print.
Barnes and Noble came out with a subsquent edition in 1996, which was 8.5" x 10.75" The cover was an interior illustration showing Marie holding the Nutcracker, which you can see in my Porfolio section. This edition is also currently out of print.
